THE PRIMARY CURRICULUM
Our Primary Program focuses on 5 core areas of development which provides all round learning and growth.
We foster self-directed learning and independent thinking which challenges the child’s abilities and promotes continuous development.

Exercises ofPractical Life

The exercises of Practical Life provide a strong foundation for young children, empowering them with the necessary skills and confidence to engage in daily life activities.
Through these activities, children develop fine and gross motor skills, hand-eye coordination, concentration, sense of order, they learn to care for themselves, their environment, and others.
Sensorial Refinement
Sensorial activities are designed to heighten the child’s awareness of their environment and enable them to make meaningful connections between different sensory stimuli.
By engaging in sensorial experiences, children develop their visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and gustatory senses, as well as their ability to discriminate, classify, and order sensory information.
By engaging in sensorial experiences, children lay the groundwork for further exploration and learning in all areas of their development.

Nutritious Meals
We serve wholesome meals to our children which are freshly cooked for optimum nutritional value. A food calendar shared at the beginning of each month for the parent’s reference.
Safety First
We value the safety of children at Neriah Montessori. Robust CCTV surveillance ensures a safe and secure environment for children.
Child Directress Ratio
Small group of children per Directress ensures individualized attention and better learning. Children get 1:1 attention and individual presentations.
Extra Curricular Activities
Active participation of children in regular field trips, celebrations and different creative activities.

Language
At Neriah, language development begins with oral language activities that promote listening, speaking, and conversational skills. Through conversations, storytelling, and exposure to rich language experiences, children develop an extensive vocabulary and an understanding of language structures.
The hands are prepared for writing. Children learn to recognize and write language. Additionally, reading corners filled with a variety of books and language-rich materials foster a love for reading.

Math & Logic
Our math curriculum takes a hands-on approach, offering concrete materials and activities for children to explore and grasp mathematical concepts.
By progressing from concrete to abstract experiences, children develop a deep understanding of math principles and cultivate problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Our curriculum fosters a love for mathematics, encouraging children to explore patterns, relationships, and mathematical reasoning, thus laying a strong foundation for future learning.

Culture
The Culture area encompasses a broad range of subjects, including geography, history, science, art, music, and nature. It aims to foster children’s curiosity, appreciation for diversity, and understanding of the world around them.
Through hands-on activities, exploration, and exposure to various cultures, children develop a global perspective and a sense of interconnectedness.
